PFP version 2 Beta relase done !
Key features in this release include:
(1) Allows selection of organism specific databases to search when applying PFP algorithm.
(2) Allows selection of evidence code to be considered when applying PFP algorithm.
(3) Faster processing of results and automatic redirection to results page when processing is complete.
(4) Information about local regions involved in result prediction is displayed as image.
(5) Results page lists top 5 terms predicted in each GO category.
(6) Detailed results emailed in text format along with link to xml version of results.
Upcoming features:
(1) Uploading multiple sequences in fasta format for processing.
(2) Inteactive viewing of results.
PFP is operated and maintained by the Kihara Lab at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA.
